The holidays can be such a wonderful and magical time of the year and it’s a great way to show our love and appreciation for our community. Each year, the team at RLB makes a donation to an organization within the four communities of which we work in. In the past, we have supported toy drives, food banks, and food hampers. This year we are supporting an education program.
Continue ReadingRLB Team Building Day Each year, we close our offices in order to come together as a team to grow, laugh, and learn from each other. All our offices join together in a day of fun! This year, the team was separated into smaller groups which rotated through 11 activities, led by our 11 partners. Teams get scored for how successfully they complete each activity and for their team spirit. This year’s Champion Team Builders are the Lucky 7’s, bringing home the Team Building Cup!

Continue ReadingApril is Daffodil Month! This month, the team at RLB is raising money towards the Canadian Cancer Society to help fight against cancer. Did you know about 2 in 5 Canadians will develop cancer in their lifetimes, and 1 in 4 will die of the disease (Canadian Cancer Statistics, 2016). The Canadian Cancer Society is a national, community-based organization of volunteers aiming to eradicate cancer and enhance the quality of life of people living with this disease. Daffodils symbolize hope and joy, and upon donating to the cause, each individual receives a daffodil pin to raise awareness.
