On October 18th, RLB co-hosted a half-day seminar for Business Owners at Langdon Hall which addressed key issues relating to an increased change in ownership in the small and medium employers sector and the need for proactive planning. The content was structured for both buyers, sellers, and/or owners simply looking to build transferable value.

October is  Small Business Month and RLB is always here to help! Often, our main role is known to be ensuring small businesses are compliant with deadlines, rules, and regulations that the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) sets.

RLB Team Building Day Each year, we close our offices in order to come together as a team to grow, laugh, and learn from each other. All our offices join together in a day of fun! This year, the team was separated into smaller groups which rotated through 11 activities, led by our 11 partners. Teams get scored for how successfully they complete each activity and for their team spirit. This year’s Champion Team Builders are the Lucky 7’s, bringing home the Team Building Cup!
