Paid Overtime
We recognize that the accounting industry has a great deal of time pressures and an extensive busy season. Staff members need to work together as a team in order to satisfy our clients needs. In recognition of this extra effort, RLB LLP accumulates all hours worked above and beyond 37.5 hours in any given week. This time can be paid out to you as compensation or taken off during less busy times of the year.
Paid Personal Time
RLB LLP allows one week per year to each team member of paid personal time which can be used for personal appointments, illness, or other commitments.
Annual Reviews
As part of your professional development we arrange an annual conference to discuss your performance feedback in detail and set action plans based on your goals for the coming year. The focus is to ensure you are receiving the support, training and guidance you need to realize your career and personal goals.
Employee referral fees
As our firm continues to grow we are continuously looking to add new team members. We reward our team members with a referral fee if they refer someone who is successfully hired.
Maternity Benefits
We believe in attracting and retaining women’s leaders and have supplemented management maternity leave benefits to equate to 100% of your salary for the first 17 weeks of leave.
