Building on 60 years of history serving the Guelph and Fergus communities, we want to be the best regional accounting firm in Ontario. We will achieve that vision by helping our clients succeed, which in turn brings success to our team members.

To achieve our vision, RLB LLP team members embrace certain core values that define how we treat each other and our clients.
Continuous learning and improvement
We are equally invested in your growth from the time you join our firm. That’s why we’ve developed a Skills Matrix that identifies the skills you need at each stage of your career. We help identify which skills will benefit you the most and help you and your mentor devise a plan to teach you these skills. They could range from how to carry on a meeting with a client to how to perform a SRED tax review.
Our partners demonstrate their commitment to your growth by providing mentoring and guidance to all levels of staff, including students. This direct, one-on-one access to partners provides growth opportunities you would miss at a national firm.
Those growth opportunities include taking on new and challenging leadership roles in the firm. If you see an opportunity to grow and change your position, you’re encouraged to make a business case for the change. If you’re looking to maintain the status quo, we’re not the firm for you.
Teamwork
There are no lone wolves in our firm. We have a dynamic group of professionals who work together to serve the holistic needs of the client. Our team has a lot of depth, and we all get a chance to carry the ball – even the newest team members.

We really mean it when we say that people count here. Everyone’s opinion matters. If you think it can be done better, we want to know about it.
We encourage active participation in all facets of firm management and development through committees such as the emerging professionals group, the women's leadership group, the environmental team, and even the social committee.
