Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Practice Coordinator to join our team at our Guelph location! Bookkeeper

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join and grow within the RLB team at our Guelph office! Duties of the role include compiling financial statements and other financial information from client data, preparing all aspects of payroll, assisting client in the set-up of their books, training of the client in the use of bookkeeping software, finding and correcting errors in clients’ bookkeeping software, and assisting client in the preparation of all required government reports and remittances. We are looking for a motivated Team Member, willing to mentor junior team members, but also willing to grow and progress within their own role!

Senior Accounting Technician

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Technician at our various office locations! As a member of the RLB team, you will be working directly with our firm Managers and Partners to plan, perform and complete engagements. You will have the opportunity to perform Notice-to-Readers and Personal and Corporate tax within multiple industries as part of our award winning team.

Senior Accounting Technician (Tax)

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Technician in our Specialty Tax Team at our Guelph office! The ideal candidate will possess a high standard of integrity with exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Duties will comprise of: preparation of financial statements for compilation, as well as T1’s, T2’s, T3’s. Previous experience in a public accounting firm would be considered an asset.

Seasonal Administrative Support (6 Week Contract)

Our seasonal administrative postings are for temporary contract position during the months of March & April 2018, exclusively. Hours may fluctuate between part-time and full-time hours.

Seasonal Tax Preparer

We are looking for a Seasonal Tax Preparer to join us at our Guelph location for Tax Season! As a member of the RLB team, you will be working directly with our firm Managers and Partners to prepare income tax returns from accounting records during our busy season. These are temporary contract positions beginning in March & April 2018 exclusively.
