Jennifer Riddell, CA

Jennifer decided to get into accounting because she excelled at math and problem solving. After Jennifer started working at RLB, she soon realized that accounting has much more to do with people than general math skills and this has become her favourite part of working in accounting. Interacting with staff and clients allows her to truly relate to people and helps gives a better perspective on the issues they are facing.

The most satisfying aspect of her job is solving problems and providing clients with the information they need to make decisions. What separates RLB from other accounting firms is how much we truly care about our clients and their success.  

Jennifer’s primary role at RLB is leading accounting and assurance engagements. Her focus is on both not-for-profit organizations and owner-managed businesses. Jennifer enjoys being able to offer clients value added services that go beyond the standard year end financial statements and tax returns. Jennifer uses everything she has learned including her strong analytical skills to complete internal work for several owner-managed businesses. This work is interesting and always different.

Jennifer and her husband live in Guelph. In their spare time, they enjoy playing sports and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
