Michelle Steele, CA

Michelle Steele specializes in providing audit services to clients. She works primarily with municipalities, non-profit organizations, and insurance companies.

Michelle decided to work in public accounting as it allows her to work with a variety of clients and meet new people. She is most satisfied when a client is happy with a problem she has helped to resolve.  

Michelle likes the culture at RLB LLP; despite its growing size, the firm still maintains its small firm feel with numerous social outings and social events every year. Michelle decided to get involved in these events by joining the firm’s Social committee.

Michelle believes in helping women to excel in their roles as public accountants.  She is  co-chair of the firm’s Women is Leadership group, whose mission is to assist RLB LLP to be a leader among regional accounting firms in attracting, retaining, developing and advancing women.

Outside of work, Michelle loves the challenge of a hot yoga class. During the summer months, she enjoys reading and playing on the RLB softball team.
