Bill is often the first call his clients make when facing a big decision. Whether it’s a business expansion, a transfer to the next generation, a big purchase or one of those odd issues that arise, Bill’s clients know he has their best interests at heart.

Often, those best interests call for bringing in other professionals to address specific needs. Bill spends a lot of time leveraging his connections to meet those needs, whether he’s connecting the client to someone within RLB LLP in tax or valuations, or to someone outside of the firm as needed.

Regardless of how big the client’s advisory team is, Bill is always there to contribute, making sure the client achieves the best possible outcome. “I take a personal interest in my clients, and I like to feel that I am a part of their success.”

Bill’s ideal client is one that is growth-oriented and seeks input from experienced advisors about how to best accomplish that growth. His clients don’t hesitate to pick up the phone to call him, because they know that he’s focused on solving whatever issue has arisen.

On top of his client-service duties, the 20-plus-year Fergus resident is partner-in-charge of our Fergus office.  He has helped to develop and grow this branch of RLB LLP, and is proud to be a contributing member to this rural community.
