If you have a State filing requirement, the due date generally follows U.S. Federal rules, but there may be differences. Most State tax returns, however, should not be due prior to April 15, 2021.

Please note that if any of the above dates fall on a Saturday, Sunday or a statutory holiday, the act is considered timely if it is performed no later than the next business day.
