RLB Team Building Day

Each year, we close our offices in order to come together as a team to grow, laugh, and learn from each other. All our offices join together in a day of fun! This year, the team was separated into smaller groups which rotated through 11 activities, led by our 11 partners. Teams get scored for how successfully they complete each activity and for their team spirit. This year’s Champion Team Builders are the Lucky 7’s, bringing home the Team Building Cup!

JDRF Bike Ride

On October 4^th, a few of our team members participated in the JDRF Revolution Ride to Defeat Diabetes in Waterloo. This is a high-energy stationary cycling event where teams of five take turns cycling for 10 minutes each. We were sweating blue and green on those bikes! This year, the team raised $643. Thank you to those who donated towards this cause!

United Way Campaign

RLB’s ongoing commitment and support to United Way continue this month. We run our own workplace campaign and raise funds through participating in Dress-Down Fridays, raffle prizes, and more! We love supporting our friends over at United Way and admire the amazing things they do. Click here to read what they’re all about.
