COVID-19 Policies at RLB

All RLB offices are now open with additional health and safety protocols in place. Our team is working hard, behind the scenes, at home and in the office, to help our clients. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Visiting the Office: 

Need to stop by the office? We ask that you wear a mask while inside the building, use the hand sanitizer provided and maintain physical distancing from others in the building.

If you’re hoping to meet with a team member, please be sure to make arrangements beforehand. We have a few meeting rooms available that are outfitted with protective screens and cleaned frequently that our RLB team members can book in advance.


Document Drop-Offs:

 Need to drop something off for a member of our team? In addition to our doors being open during business hours, we have secure drop boxes or mail slots available at each office location around-the-clock.


Feeling Unwell?

If you’re feeling unwell or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19, we ask that you stay home. Our team is available by phone and video conferencing during regular business hours.


We will continue to follow direction from local and provincial government about how to safely support our clients and make updates when possible.
