After graduating the University of Waterloo where she received her Bachelor’s of Accounting and Financial Management (BAFM), Ashley knew she wanted to spend her career helping people. At RLB she is able to realize her goal of helping businesses grow and working with owners to ensure they are reaching their full potential. Her goal is to make sure her clients are safe and set up for the future. 

Ashley is passionate about her community. She has taken part in multiple community theatre performances in Guelph, Fergus and surrounding area. She enjoys theatre because it allows her to be creative and is very different from work. She is currently the Secretary of the Arthur Area Curling Club board of directors and is involved in the Centre-Wellington Chamber of Commerce and part of a small group called the Chamber Plus Network. 

In whatever downtime she has, Ashley is an avid baker and admits that she is the type of person who would have Christmas decorations up all year round if she could!
