When asked about why she wanted to become an accountant, Gurpreet said, “Helping others is the best thing you can do in life. That is what I am passionate about.” After recognizing that many people struggled with their financial needs or struggled to understand the complex rules and terminologies around finance and taxation, she knew that this was the path for her.   

As the daughter of a business owner, she truly understands the delicate balance of business ownership and family life. Before beginning her journey to accounting, Gurpreet worked with her father in his business. However, once she moved to Canada, she decided to follow her passion and pursue a career in public accounting. Now, as a member of the RLB team, she can offer her clients the same care and guidance she knew her father needed.  

Gurpreet is currently enrolled in the CPA program and balancing her clients and studies. When she’s not working or studying, she loves to spend time with her family and stays active by swimming, cycling and exploring new places.
