Originally hailing from the UK, Kay’s experience in customer service and her passion for helping people led her to RLB. Working from our Guelph location, Kay will be the smiling face greeting you at the door or answering your calls.  

In addition to keeping reception running smoothly, Kay is passionate about educating herself on mental health issues and is looking to pursue more training in that area.
