As Director of IT, Kyle is keenly security-oriented and excited to support the expansion of RLB’s business lines through innovative technology solutions. In addition to his degree in technology and several industry-leading certificates, Kyle has over 10 years of hands-on IT experience working with small and midsize firms.

Kyle leads RLB’s technology arm with a strong focus on automation, Integration, compliance, and security, while continuously identifying and deploying new tools to support and enable the firm’s growth. He has successfully reshaped RLB’s infrastructure, streamlining both internal and external experiences. Additionally, Kyle heads up crucial technical projects that align with the strategic and operational objectives of the company, ensuring the creation and monitoring of business value for all technical aspects of RLB.
