Tianna is RLB’s Communications and Culture Manager, where she focuses on building an environment where people love coming to work and feel safe to be themselves. As the self-proclaimed “director of fun,” she leads initiatives that strengthen culture, celebrate people, and bring teams together. Tianna has been the driving force behind RLB’s mental health platform and is deeply involved in advancing DEIB efforts across the firm. She also brings her background in radio broadcasting and digital video production to her role, shaping how the firm connects and communicates. Whether she’s planning engagement initiatives or MCing firm-wide events, Tianna’s goal is to leave a lasting, positive impact on those around her.

When she’s not working, Tianna can usually be found cheering on her daughters at dance recitals and theatre performances, spoiling their dog, or enjoying a movie night with her husband. When time allows, the whole crew escapes to the family cottage in Port Elgin.
