Tracy is a Senior Bookkeeper here at RLB and came to us with a wide variety of experience in the field. She completed a Bookkeeping Program through ICS Canada, where she earned the Certified Bookkeeper designation. Tracy also has a Hotel and Restaurant Management Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, along with a Business Administration certificate focused on Junior Accounting.

Tracy prides herself on being a dedicated professional with a wide range of skills and experiences in operations management, bookkeeping, sales, and team leadership. Throughout her career, she has developed excellent supervisory skills, making her an effective team leader. Tracy has had the privilege of leading teams, guiding them towards success and fostering a collaborative environment.

Tracy and her husband live on a farm in Central Alberta. Outside of work, they are dedicated parents of two wonderful daughters who share a passion for basketball. Although Tracy doesn’t know much about the sport, she loves cheering them on from the sidelines. Tracy’s family also includes Abby, a spirited Belgian Malinois, who is an integral part of their lives, reminding them of the importance of play, affection, and a good belly rub. Treasuring family time, Tracy indulges in shared hobbies, competitive board games, and captivating books. Her passion for continual learning extends beyond work, always seeking new interests to explore.
