Aaron’s passion for accounting started back during his first accounting co-op. He learned hands on how important being a skilled accountant and trusted advisor can be for someone’s business. “I find it very rewarding and humbling being able to build relationships with people, and advise clients on the financial and tax needs of their business and livelihoods.” he says.  

After completing the Conestoga College AAIT and earning his CPA, Aaron began to build his own accounting practice. Working from RLB’s Fergus location, he mainly supports owner managed businesses, and is well versed in the agriculture sector.  

Outside of the office, Aaron sits on the Board of Directors for the Centre-Wellington Chamber of Commerce. He loves playing and watching hockey in the winter. In the summer, you can find him out on a lake or by a river, fishing.
