As a Manager on the Condo Team, Shalon is passionate about condos and helping unit owners understand the complexities of condominiums. Shalon excels at building relationships with property managers and board members. With a diploma in Business Administration – Accounting from Conestoga College and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Windsor, she brings a strong educational background to the role.

Highly organized and dedicated to training others, Shalon enjoys various crafts and values family time. Shalon is currently the Vice President, co-chair of the finance committee and the chair of the communications committee for the Canadian Condominium Institute – Grand River Chapter and has spoken at several conferences and seminars about the importance of condominium finances.
