HubSync Client FAQ

Below are answers to the most frequently asked questions about using HubSync.

HubSync is our upgraded client portal designed to make working with us easier. It provides a centralized place where you can upload documents, track outstanding information requests in real time, and communicate directly with your engagement team through secure messaging.

We’re introducing HubSync to enhance your overall experience. The platform offers more intuitive communication tools, improved visibility into what information is needed, and a smoother, more efficient process for exchanging files. Our goal is to provide a seamless and transparent way for you to work with our team.

You have two secure upload options within HubSync: 

  • Upload to a specific request: Attach an individual file directly to the line item where information has been requested. 
  • Upload in bulk: Use the Files tab to add multiple documents at once. 

In your portal dashboard, look at the top right corner and click your name. Select Notifications, and you’ll see three email notification settings: 

  • Instant 
  • Daily 
  • Never 

You can customize each notification type based on the HubSync modules you’re using.
