Ben is a Controller here at RLB, overseeing all aspects of financial management and reporting to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across projects. His responsibilities include developing and managing budgets, financial forecasting, overseeing month ends, and optimizing financial processes to support strategic decision-making. He works closely with our internal team to ensure compliance, manage risk, and provide actionable insights that drive profitability and long-term growth.

Passionate about problem-solving and making sense of the details, Ben became an accountant to help teams use financial insights to turn ideas into reality. He holds a degree from the University of Guelph.

Outside of work, Ben is a proud dad, dog owner, and weekend coffee enthusiast.
