As HR Manager at RLB, Bonnie is a go-to for many members of our team. Bonnie makes sure things get done! She is always willing to help you in any way she can. Her experience in HR has taught her that organizations, processes and programs must constantly evolve to continue meeting the needs of both the organization and team members. Her ultimate goal in HR is to improve the team member experience which goes hand in hand with RLB’s People Count philosophy.

Bonnie is often enrolled in a new course or conference looking to improve her skills and grow as an individual. The words of Maya Angelou frame her approach to most things in life: “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”

Bonnie is also a bookworm! She cannot leave the house without at least one book on her person at all times (sometimes even 2, just in case)! Outside of work her household can be chaotic being that she is a cheer and dance Mom through-and-through. She spends countless hours travelling to and from events or waiting patiently in the lobby (book in hand, of course). In the past, Bonnie was even a cheerleading coach herself.
