Cate supports the HR team here at RLB. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Guelph with a major in Political Science and a minor in Human Resources. Cate has also earned her CHRP designation.

Outside of work Cate enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active. She also loves travelling, with Scotland being one of her favorite destinations so far. Cate is also committed to giving back to the community and has volunteered with Hope House Guelph, including supporting the Joy Home Tour for the past few years.
