As a business professional, Jason understands that buying or selling a business may be a daunting process. This is why he thoroughly enjoys advising clients through these types of transactions. Jason is able to boil down a situation to the facts at hand and from there, negotiate the most advantageous deal for clients. He invests his own time (and sometimes racks up frequent flyer miles) learning about clients’ industries and their unique challenges so that he can be a true partner in guiding them with governance and strategic direction.

Active in the tri-cities, Jason sat on the Junior Achievement Board of Directors for 5 years and has been an active Rotarian since January 2014. He lives and works in this community and believes wholeheartedly in giving back both financially as well as giving my time to promote a healthy and safe community.

In his personal life, Jason feels building a home and a family has been of the utmost importance. He always puts his kids first no matter what. Outside of the office, Jason actively participates and coaches both of his children’s sports teams. Motivating and helping kids actively grow their abilities, friendships and life skills has been a joy for him over the years. He believes kids need to learn how to win and more importantly lose with respect and good sportsmanship. “They need to translate these losses into learning opportunities.”

Jason is an all-around sports enthusiast, especially when it comes to skiing and hockey. In the summertime, he loves spending any spare time with his family in the pool.
