About

After graduation from the University of Guelph where she majored in Psychology and minored in Family and Child Studies, Jessica completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management at Conestoga College. Jessica’s first HR Role was at Research in Motion where she held a co-op position in Market Research and Analytics. Jessica started at RLB in 2012 as a Human Resources Generalist and is now our Director of Human Resources. In her current role she primarily focuses on Leadership Development, Firm Strategy Support and Implementation, Team Member Relations, Compensation, Recruiting, and more.  

During Jessica’s spare time she loves singing with her kids, or even a little karaoke from time to time! She is actively involved in her local church, and sincerely values giving back to the community. Jessica is a member of the Guelph & District Chapter of the Human Resources Professionals Association (GDHRPA), and has enjoyed serving on their Public Relations Committee in years past.
