Mark graduated from McMaster University in 2010 with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce and earned his CPA, CA designation in 2015 while working at a national accounting firm. He has also completed specialized training in tax, including advanced programs focused on owner-managed businesses and corporate reorganizations.

Mark’s expertise span share restructurings, buy/sell transactions, estate and succession planning, and owner-manager compensation strategies. He is committed to helping clients navigate the complexities of tax laws while aligning their financial strategies with both their short- and long-term goals. His dedication to his clients and his ability to simplify complex concepts make him an invaluable resource for businesses and individuals seeking practical, tailored financial advice.

Outside of the office, Mark is an active member of his community. He serves on the Board of Directors at the Galt Country Club and enjoys playing hockey and golf. He volunteers with many organizations to give back to the community and has participated in fundraisers such as Skate 48, Hockey Helps the Homeless, and more. He lives in Kitchener with his wife, son, and their ever growing pets.
