Michelle Adams is part of RLB’s not-for-profit team and specializes in assurance engagements and more recently, controller duties, for NPOs and charities. She considers herself a bit of a perfectionist, which allows her to pay close attention to detail on client files and stay very organized.

Michelle graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Honours with Accounting and Co-Operative Options. She joined RLB in 2009 as a high school co-op student and joined the firm full time after her studies. Michelle obtained her CA, CPA designation in 2017. RLB’s passion for employee success has driven her to be successful and achieve her goals.

Michelle loves to play sports, which has allowed her to become a true team player both personally and professionally, whether helping during client engagements or on the volleyball court. When she’s not playing sports or watching the Toronto Maple Leafs win hockey games, you can find her spending time with her family, friends, and her dog Abby. Michelle loves contributing within the community and is on the Corporate Services Committee for Family & Children’s Services of Guelph and Wellington County.
