Michelle Steele is part of RLB’s Not-For-Profit service. Working within this team allows her to meet and help some great people. It’s something she loves most about her work. A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University and later obtaining her CPA, CA designation, what drew her to the world of accounting was how much she enjoys solving problems. Working within the firm’s not-for-profit practice allows Michelle to focus on issues unique to her NPO, charitable and municipal clients and provide them with relevant solutions. Michelle works closely with each of her clients to ensure the success of their organization. 

Family & community are essential to Michelle. When she’s not working, she’s spending time outdoors with her three kids or winding down with a good book. Michelle currently sits on the board of directors at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph and holds the role of Treasurer.
