About

Sylvia earned her Bachelor of Accounting degree from Brock University and obtained her CPA designation in 2016. She is passionate about solving problems and helping people, and she enjoys teaching other staff to help them grow in their roles. Sylvia values working closely with farmers and business owners to plan around tax liabilities and support the succession of their businesses and farms. 

Outside of the office, Sylvia enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys at home on weekends and visiting her husband’s family cottage in Muskoka. She also enjoys golfing whenever she can. Sylvia is the Treasurer of the Ontario Agri-Food Discovery Centre, an organization working to build Canada’s first agricultural STEM-based science centre in Listowel, Ontario.
