RLB LLP allows one week per year to each team member of paid personal time, which can be used for personal appointments, illness, or other commitments.
Each year, our team members are given a paid “Passion Day” to pursue a passion or goal they might not otherwise be able to. Thinking of taking up an instrument? Going sky diving? Learning to SCUBA? We’re cheering you on!
In addition to a paid “Passion Day”, team members are given an annual paid “Philanthropy Day” to give back to a charity of their choice. Team members can choose to use this day as a team building opporrtunity or can volunteer independently.
We also offer a Philanthropy Program; recognizing team members that volunteer a minimum of 100 hours to a singular cause by making a donation to support that organization.
As your family grows, we offer our team members maternity and paternity benefits to primary or secondary caregivers. Plus we welcome your new addition to the team with a special gift.
We like to celebrate our accomplishments, and April 30th is a huge day for us to let loose. Why not take an evening to cheers each other for all our hard work?
Did you know regular exercise can help elevate your mood, improve your immune function and reduce stress? RLB supports team members and their health and well-being . As part of our commitment to health we supplement gym memberships and fitness fees.
