People Builder Awards

This award aims at identifying those quiet leaders who tirelessly invest in their team members and who understand the true value of building people around them (not just technical skills, but soft skills as well). These candidates exceed in the area of people development. They don’t see people development as a box to tick off on a job description. These nominees didn’t just do the job for their level – they did the little things that didn’t necessarily get noticed.

Process Builder Awards

This award is aimed at identifying those leaders who invest in building the necessary processes at the firm, often before we even understand the need for these processes. These team members truly understand that process and structure are necessary to maximize efficiencies in our daily work and also to minimize our stress! They are also prepared to recognize failure from a current process and they are not afraid to dissect the current process (without judgment) to look for improvements.

BD Culture Award

This award is aimed at identifying those RLB leaders who get outside their comfort zone when it comes to business development. RLB has spent a lot of time planning for solutions around expanding the culture of business development throughout the organization rather than in isolated pockets in the leadership group.
