Maggie Kurtz Memorial Award
This award recognizes the team member that embodies the best qualities of our friend and colleague, Maggie Kurtz, who passed away unexpectedly in October 2023. The award goes to the team member who embodies the best qualities of our friend, Maggie. They exhibit a positive attitude towards other team members, clients, and the community, are kind, welcoming and inclusive, they cultivate a positive culture and environment for the team and the firm, and finally, are a team player and are supportive and encouraging to all those around them.
Congratulations to Jacob MacDougall
With this award, RLB makes an annual donation to Maggie’s Minis, the memorial fund started by CW Minor Lacrosse Association in Maggie’s honour, alongside an additional donation to a charity of the recipient’s choice – ensuring Maggie’s legacy lives on in our community. This year’s recipient Jacob MacDougall has chosen CADS ADDS – a program with the objective of promoting Alpine skiing to physically disabled adults.
