Shannon O’Neill – Partner, January 2026
Shannon joined RLB as a co‑op student in 2016 and has been a steady, trusted presence ever since. She has established herself as a leader and mentor, generously sharing her knowledge and playing a key role in resource planning, service team changes, and long‑term succession strategy. Deeply connected to the firm’s vision, Shannon has been instrumental in developing future advisors, including helping to develop RLB’s co‑op program, ensuring a thorough education for future accountants. In her client work, Shannon is known for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with the people and businesses she serves.
Carly Hornyak – Principal, January 2026
Carly joined RLB as a Manager in 2020 and has quickly become a key leader in people development, leadership, and learning across the firm. She has played a central role in growing team members, supporting strategic initiatives, and fostering strong connections with both colleagues and clients. Carly brings a passion for continuous learning, consistently transforming new insights into meaningful training opportunities for others. In her personal practice, she specializes in serving professionals and Medical Professional Corporations (MPCs), collaborating across teams to deliver a holistic client experience. Embodying RLB’s #PeopleCount culture, Carly is a trusted leader, mentor, and community‑builder within the firm.
Candace Stuckless – Principal, January 2026
Candace has been with RLB for over a decade and has been instrumental in building and expanding the firm’s presence in Centre‑Wellington‑Dufferin, particularly in Orangeville. She has worked closely with firm leaders to drive regional growth while maintaining a deep focus on people development. Candace is committed to helping team members achieve their career goals through tailored development plans, while also investing in her own growth through advanced education and continuous learning. Known for building strong client relationships, Candace actively collaborates across departments to consistently exceed client expectations and provide exceptional service.
Jeff Hood – Principal, January 2026
Jeff joined RLB in 2017 and has been a driving force behind the growth of the US Tax Team and the firm’s cross‑border practice. He is widely respected for his technical expertise and his dedication to sharing knowledge across the firm. Jeff has mentored numerous team members, led firmwide training sessions, and supported recruiting efforts to grow and strengthen his team. As a thought leader, he also works closely with Marketing to share insights externally. Known for his patient and collaborative leadership style, Jeff fosters a supportive learning environment and consistently elevates client service.
Leanne Radcliffe – Chief Talent Officer, January 2026
Leanne Radcliffe will become RLB’s first‑ever Chief Talent Officer. She joined RLB in 2014 and was appointed People Investment Officer in 2023 as the first non‑partner in that role. Throughout her tenure, Leanne has been passionate about developing people, enhancing training programs, and improving knowledge sharing across the firm. Her accounting background and client experience allow her to design practical, impactful development initiatives. As CTO, Leanne will lead strategic talent acquisition and development, helping position RLB as a gold standard in both client service and training excellence.
